The Petitioner has challenged the order passed below Ex.7 dated 16/08/2019 filed in P.A. No.1198/2019 and is seeking enhancement of maintenance granted to the Petitioner for herself and her minor children.

In my opinion, this submission is quite fair. Therefore following order is passed :

O R D E R

(i) The Petition is disposed of as '

not pressed'

(ii) All the contentions for enhancement raised in the Petition in respect of income of the husband and needs of the Petitioner and her minor children are kept open to be decided at the time of conclusion of the trial by leading evidence in that behalf.

(iii) The trial Court is requested to conclude the main proceeding maximum within a period of one year from today.

(iv) All the contentions raised by the Petitioner are specifically left open.
