Heard Mr. J.M. Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. G.K. Shah, learned counsel for the Respondents. 2.
This Civil Application is taken out for injunction restraining the Respondents from creating any third party interests/ handing over possession to any other third party, in any manner whatsoever.

Respondent No. 1B Chetan Ranjitsinha Moolji has made affidavit dated 26th July, 2016. In paragraph No. 4 it is stated that he has no intention whatsoever to alienate the suit premises and Vishal Parekar 1/2
20-cac-446-2016.doc there is no question of there being restrained from handing over possession to any one else or creating any third party interest over the suit premises or in the alternative the Respondents being made as Agents of the Court Receiver. The statement in paragraph No. 4 by Respondent No. 1B Chetan Ranjitsinha Moolji is accepted in the form of undertaking to this Court.
