This Civil Application is moved for expedite the hearing of First Appeal No. 816 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Appeal is admitted and pending. She further submits that it will be taken for expedite hearing.

In view of the above submissions and the reasons mentioned in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Place the First Appeal on board after January 2018. 5.
Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1347 OF 2014 6.
This Civil Application is moved for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company submits that this application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.2 in the First Appeal. She further submits that there is a delay in filing the present Civil Application. She prays that the said delay be condoned and the legal heirs of respondent no.2 be taken on record.

In view of the above submissions and the reasons mentioned in the application, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed. 9.
Amendment is to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 11.
