The learned AGP on instructions from Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the proceedings initiated by the Petitioner under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960, shall be decided by the Respondent No.2 within a period of 12 weeks from today i.e. on or before 30th December, 2021. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. Respondent No.2 shall pass his orders strictly on merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.

The order dated 28th September, 2021 issued by the Respondent No.3 appointing an Administrator is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.
