Mr. KondeDeshmukh, the learned APP for the State, tenders report from the Superintendent of Taloja Central Prison stating that on his acquittal in all the cases against him the applicant herein has been released from the Prison. The report is taken on file. In view of the report, the applications received from jail for expeditious hearing of the proceedings against the applicant do not survive. The same are accordingly disposed off.
