1) Perused the report filed by the Trial Court dated 5th September, 2015. The report reveals that the Sessions Case which is sought to be transferred by the applicants is already part heard and PW no.1 is already examined on 26.8.2015. Now, the matter is fixed on 9.9.2015. The estimated time for conclusion the sessions case is mentioned as five to six months. As such under this factual position there is nothing to entertain the present application preferred by the applicants/accused through jail for transfer of the pending sessions case to another court. Needless to mention that the trial Court shall dispose of the pending sessions case as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 1/3
