This is an application received through jail for expeditious hearing of MCOC Special Case No.4 of 2014 pending on the file of Sessions Court, Mumbai. The applicant is in custody since 6th March, 2014. The report submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mumbai reveals that supplementary chargesheet against another accused is filed on 27th August, 2015. The learned Sessions Judge also submitted that presently the trial of POTA Special Case No.2 of 2003 is in progress as per the directions of the Supreme Court and the same is at the stage of recording statement of accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C., and further there is another time bound MCOC Special Case No.4 of 2012. Considering the fact that the present case is of year 2014 and that the case of the year 2003 is being heard, at this stage I do not
