Applicants and respondent No.1 are jointly requesting this Court to quash and set aside the FIR registered under sections 409, 417 of IPC. Parties have already drawn Consent Terms and they are signed by parties as also respective advocates. Consent Terms are taken on record as Exhibit A. Respondent No.1 present in Court orally states that now she is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Crime was registered in 2000 and as yet chargesheet is not filed. Learned counsel for the applicants states that initially "C" summary was presented but it was not accepted which has resulted in some delay. 3.
The dispute has arisen in relation to business between the present respondent No.1 and her cousin who is applicant No.1. The dispute has no public angle.

In this situation, accepting the joint request we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
