P.C.:- The learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 16th July, 2018 from Tahasildar, Purandar stating that since the Petitioners are levelling their private land, the Revenue Department cannot obstruct the same. The letter dated 16th July, 2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Sachin Giri, Tahasildar, Mr. Sudhir Girme, present Talathi and Mr. Rajaram Bhame, the then Talathi are present. They have no objection if the Petitioners level their own land.

In the light of above, Mr. Kasar, the learned counsel for the Petitioners fairly concedes that the grievance raised in the petition no more survives.
