This contempt petition filed in June 2015 is in respect of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 7595 of 2011 on 17 September 2012. The contempt that is alleged is that inspite of the order passed by this Court to decide the application expeditiously, the same is not been decided. The petition has remained pending and is adjourned from time-to-time for the Petitioner to give address for service of notice.

None appears for the Petitioner even the board is notified in advance. Perhaps by passage of time, the application is decided, that Sneha Chavan
