The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1698 of 2015, the Commissioner has taken a decision about superannuation and has accordingly ordered superannuation of Respondent No. 4 - Kadar Sattar Solanki. He submits that in view of this nothing survives in this Petition. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
