The Writ Petitioner has taken out this Interim Application seeking to add Respondents No.(A), (B) and (C) in terms of the schedule to the Interim Application. Learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that Respondent no.9 has merged with the new Respondent to be added i.e. (C) viz. Johnson & Johnson Pvt. Ltd. Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that (A) and (B), the two other Respondents, sought to be added, are the ones with whom Respondent no.8 has entered into sub-lease. He would submit that these parties have already been added to the suit before the Small Causes Court. Learned counsel for Respondents no.8 and 9 have no objection if the application is allowed. 2.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, the application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause avk 2/3

11(a). Let the amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Let an amended copy of the Writ Petition be served on the other parties by the next date.

The Application stands disposed.
