P.C. :- The Petition presented by the Petitioner seeking direction to take decision on the representation tendered, has been disposed of on 17.03.2015 by this Court, by issuing the directions to the Zilla Parishad to take decision within the time stipulated in the order. The claim in respect of release of monetary benefits on account of revision of pay scale has been considered favourably and an amount of Rs.5,91,965/- has been sanctioned and appears to have

4. CP 329.15.doc been paid to the Petitioner. Some of the claims raised in the representation have not been granted by the Zilla Parishad. It would be open for the Petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedies available in law as regards refusal by the Respondents to consider such claims.

Since we do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the Respondents in observing the directions issued by this Court, and since liberty has been accorded to the Petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law for redressal of his grievance as regards the some of the claims, no interference is called for. In view of above, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
