The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 16th April, 2019 passed by the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Zone-IV, Ulhasnagar, District Thane, externing him outside the limits of Districts Thane, Mumbai Suburban; and Karjat and Panvel Talukas of Raigad District for a period of one year.

The record of this Petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of that order. The Petitioner was externed for a period of one year. That period of externment is already over. Therefore, this Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of, as such.
