A report has been received from the Medical Board constituted by the Goa Medical College in compliance with our earlier order. We have perused the report. We find that the petitioner has not been found to be so physically disabled that she can avail the benefit of the quota for persons with disabilities.

In view of such report, Mr. Thorat, learned advocate for the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the writ petition any further. He, however, submits that the J.V.Salunke,PS

2-WP.3624.2020 petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the same by instituting fresh proceedings.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioner to pursue her remedy in accordance with law.
