Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant is seeking transit anticipatory bail in connection with F.I.R.No.I-305 of 2018 registered with the Kapodra Police Station, Surat City, Gujrat for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 409, 114 of the Indian Penal Code, so as to enable him to seek appropriate remedies before the appropriate Court.

The applicant is accordingly granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

The Application is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that the present application has not been heard or considered on merits.
