Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we find that for the relief claimed in the Petition, the Petitioner has got an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application. In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in the matter.
