This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the Second Appeal. The delay is of 5 days only. Though the notices are issued to the Respondents and they have appeared through their counsel, none of them have filed their reply challenging this Civil Application and none of them is present before the Court today.

In view thereof, considering the length of the delay and the reasons given therefor in paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the Civil Application, as sufficient cause is made out, the delay is condoned. 4.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), with no order as to costs.
