The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 126 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that in view of the administrative procedure which was required to be followed that the delay of 126 days in filing the above First Appeal has occurred. None appears for the Respondents though appearance of Mr. P. M. Bhagat and Mr. Abraham Mathew is shown on the daily board. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the delay of 126 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned.
