The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited grievance that though his father has been held to be belonging to Scheduled Tribe community, the respondent no.2/Committee is not deciding the claim of the petitioner, though it is pending since 1st August 2013. It is further stated that the report of the Vigilance Cell is also submitted to the said Committee.

The learned AGP submits that the matter is fixed before the Committee on 11th August 2017. In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent no.2-Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of one month from today.
