Through these Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners have challenged the order of the termination dated 1st September, 2014. Undisputedly, against the impugned termination order, the Petitioners have remedy to approach the School Tribunal.

In the circumstances, we are inclined to dispose of the Petitions with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the impugned Vishal Parekar 1/2

35-wp-6779-2015.doc order before the School Tribunal by filing an Appeal under Section 9 of the M.E.P.S. Act.

However, we find that on 5th August, 2015 this Court passed an interim order that "In the meantime, there is no question of any appointment in vacant post of Petitioner, if any". While disposing all the Petitions, we continue the said interim order for a period of one months from today enabling the Petitioners to approach the School Tribunal and seek appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
