Learned counsel for the Applicants states that both the Applicants have expired. On the last date, the learned counsel had tendered the Death Certificates of both the Applicants i.e. Gopal Bapula Kamath and Manjeshwar Vijayratna Kamath.

Learned APP was asked to verify the said Certificates. Learned APP states that the investigating officer has verified the said

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
