The petition is filed for transfer of investigation in the subject crime. The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that on completion of the investigation of the subject crime they would file 'C' Summary Report before the concerned Magistrate. In support of his submission, the learned APP has placed a report dated 11th September 2019 from API, Tulinj Police Station. Palghar. 2.

In the light of the above, the petitioner has the remedy to challenge the report by filing fresh petition before the concerned Magistrate.
