2022.08.03 09:53:17 +0530 notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. but he failed to respond the RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE same.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant states that he shall respond to the 41-A notice and report to the Investigating Officer alongwith necessary documents. The Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. 3] In case, if the Investigating Officer is desirous to arrest the applicant, he shall give 72 hours notice.
