DATE : 19.01.2015 P.C.:- By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to comply with the notice issued by the Petitioner for compliance of the order passed by the Industrial Court on 31.01.2008 in ULP No. 103 of 2003. We are afraid, the relief sought by the Petitioner cannot be granted. The Petitioner had filed a complaint before the Industrial Court challenging his supersession. The Industrial Court had allowed the complaint and directed the Respondent to promote the Petitioner on the post of wireman and to give him consequential benefits. The employer-Respondent had approached this Court in Writ Petition No.1732/2009 but the Writ Petition 1/2

dgm 2 25-wp-6834-14.sxw was dismissed. The order of the Industrial Court has attained finality. The Petitioner has other remedies. A writ petition cannot be entertained for seeking the implementation of the orders passed by the Labour and the Industrial Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
