Copy of the application is stated to have been served upon the respondents and an affidavit in that regard is being filed according to learned counsel. Original petitioner has passed away on 22nd March 2016 according to the death certificate annexed to the application. Under the circumstances, the application is allowed with the direction that the name of the original petitioner shall be deleted from the cause-title of the petition and substituted
