Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks temporary bail for eight days in connection with C.R. No. I-67 of 2017 registered with the Vitthalwadi Police Station, Thane, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, on the ground that the applicant's son-Sagar was hospitalised on 18th May 2019 in Swami Sarvanand Hospital at Ulhasnagar, and that certain abnormalities were detected in his liver, requiring immediate medical attention. ba.1508.19.31.doc At the outset, learned A.P.P has tendered a statement of the applicant's elder son-Navin Ahuja, aged 28 years. A perusal of the said statement shows that the applicant's younger son-Sagar, aged 26 years has been discharged from the Hospital on 31st May 2019. Considering the fact that applicant's son-Sagar has now been discharged, the application will not survive for consideration. The same is accordingly disposed of. However, liberty is given to the applicant to apply afresh, if occasion so arises in future.
