By this civil application, applicant/original plaintiff is seeking early hearing of first appeal No.238 of 2005 on the ground that the applicant is senior citizen. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar

b) Registry is directed to place first appeal No.238 of 2005 for final hearing on weekly board, if it is ready for final hearing as per its turn in the senior citizens list. c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
