After arguing for some time, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make fresh representation to the Divisional Commissioner at Nashik regarding the grievance made in this writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

In the event, representation is filed by the Petitioner within one week from today, the Divisional Commissioner shall decide the same within three weeks of its filing. 3.
