The Applicant earlier had preferred Criminal Bail No.144/200. The said application was decided on 16/02/2021 and following order was passed:
"1. After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date: 2022.01.31 16:55:04 +0530
2. Permission granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such."

The Applicant has again preferred this application. The only change in circumstance pleaded by learned counsel for the Applicant while arguing was that, after the last order passed in February 2021, there is no progress in the trial. 3.
It is a known fact that in the last year the Court functioning was seriously hampered because of the spread of pandemic. This is no change in circumstance. Since earlier, the Application was heard on merits for quite some time and it was withdrawn unconditionally, I am not entertaining this application. This application is also dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Applicant to approach the trial with application for expedieting trial.
4.
With the disposal of bail application, the Interim Application is also disposed of.
