Later on, the Applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.II-663 of 2020. It is reflected in the order dated 25th August 2021. In fact in the FIR, C.R. Number is mentioned as C.R. No.II-663/2020, however, inadvertently in the order dated 25th August 2021, instead of C.R. No.II-663/2020 it is typed as C.R.No.63/2021. Adjournment was sought to take instructions. For all these years, nothing has happened. 4.
