P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have executed the Consent Terms which have been signed by all concerned and by those who are authorized to enter into such Consent Terms. 2.

Accordingly, at their request, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' and the Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

The Consent Terms provide that the Petitioner - Management has issued post-dated cheques to the Respondent - Teacher. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner assures that the cheques will be honoured. It is made clear that in case any of the cheques are dishonoured, it will be considered as breach of the order of this Court, apart from other remedies. (N.M. JAMDAR, J.)
