The above Civil Application has been filed for impleading the Respondent Nos.9 to 24 to the above Civil Application as Respondents in the above Petition. The said impleadment is sought on the ground that rights have been created in favour of the said Respondents in respect of the property in question by the Respondent Nos.1 to 5. The Learned BGP.

CAW-1773-15.doc 02.07.2015 Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 Mr. A. N. Deshmukh states that he has no objection to the above Civil Application being allowed. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Respondent Nos.9 to 24 are allowed to be impleaded as party Respondent Nos.9 to 24 to the above Petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.

In so far as Civil Application No.1773 of 2015 is concerned, in the light of the order passed in Civil Application No.2059 of 2014 allowing the impleadment of 16 additional Respondents and since the said Respondents would have to be joined as parties to the above Civil Application, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application to file afresh. The Civil Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
