This writ petition is filed by Mr. Devendra Shukla, advocate, in this Court on 5th June, 2012. It has been listed on four prior occasions. In fact, it was dismissed in default. It was restored by this Court's order of 6th December, 2016. Post its restoration, the petitioner should have taken the requisite steps and to argue the petition. A connected writ petition, being Writ Petition No.7424 of 2012 is dismissed on 21st March, 2013 by this Court.
