By this application, the applicant seeks liberty to serve the respondent nos.1 to 3 by way of substituted service by publication of notice in the local newspapers namely "Prabhat" at Pune. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that even at the pre-admission stage, the respondents were served by public notice dated 16th January 2015 pursuant to the order passed by this Court. She submits that the notice issued by this Court was attempted to be served upon the respondent nos.1 to 3 through bailiff of the Civil Court at Pune. However, the respondents were not available at the last known addresses. Statements made in the civil application are accepted. 3.
For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear that the notice may be published in local newspapers namely
