On 04/03/2022, learned counsel for the applicant withdrew the bail application when I expressed that I am not inclined to entertain the application. This is the second bail application filed on the ground that some additional material has surfaced on record and her submission is that the relationship was AJN

Considering the conduct of the applicant that on rejection of his bail application on 04/03/2022, he evaded the arrest and went absconding. The Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, makes a statement that his office is shut and his mobile phone is disconnected, which clearly reflect that he is avoiding the due process of law. On this ground itself, the application cannot be entertained and is dismissed.
