DATE : JUNE 14, 2018 P.C.:- Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the statement made by them, we dispose of the petition by directing the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal finally, as has been ordered in Writ Petition No.2802 of 2018 decided on March 8, 2018 on or before November 7, 2018. 2.

Till the said appeal is decided by the Appellate Authority, no coercive steps for recovery of the amount in terms of

In case the any adverse order is passed against the petitioner by the Appellate Authority, the same shall not be given effect to for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
