Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. This application is taken out for stay to the judgment and decree dated 31st March 2015 passed by the Family Court at Pune in Application No.A-277 of 2013. By the said judgment and decree, the marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent is dissolved. The said decree is the subject matter of above appeal. Appeal has already been admitted and it is pending for final hearing and disposal. In the circumstances, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 2.

Hearing of the appeal is expedited.
