Learned counsel for the applicant state that the charge-sheet is filed before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Vasai on 26th February 2020. The applicant is arrested on 11th June 2018 and since then, is behind bar. The Addl. Sessions Judge is requested to frame the charge with utmost promptitude.
