Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has deposited the entire amount of Rs.20,400/- in the Sessions Court. He prays for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant issued against him by the learned Magistrate as per the order passed by the learned Special Judge and Additional Sessions Judge-2, Sangli in Criminal Appeal No.8 of 2009. He submits that he could not remain present in the Sessions Court, Sangli because his wife was operated.

In view of the above submissions, the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Magistrate is cancelled. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause 14(b) of the Criminal Application. 4.
