The petition is filed seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to register F.I.R. against respondent Nos.4 to 6 on the basis of complaint dated 17th March, 2015. Learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned states that the petitioner was called to the Andheri police station, Mumbai for recording his statement, however, 1/2

In the above circumstances, we dispose of this petition by passing the following order.

(i) The petitioner is at liberty to approach the In-charge Officer of the Anderi (East) police station, Mumbai on Friday, 5th February, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. and give his statement;

(ii) The In-charge Officer of the Andheri (East) police station, Mumbai shall thereafter record his statement and take necessary action and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days of recording the statement. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) 2/2
