The present Revision Application deserve a disposal in the wake of the statement made by the learned A.P.P. Mr.Agarkar, on instructions of PI Sanjay Hajare, who make a specifc statement that all the documents/evidence that were collected during the course of investigation is fled in the charge-sheet.

Mr.Agarkar would submit that the Applicant has not come with the specifc case about which document he intend to M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 4 REVN-206-23.odt obtain by invoking Section 207 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the guidelines that have been issued by the Hon'ble Apex court in the case of Criminal Trial Guidelines Regarding Inadequacies And Defciencies, In Re Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh1 and, in particular, guideline No.4.

Reserving the liberty in the Applicant to fle an appropriate application, in case if the Applicant becomes aware that some document, though having been collected by the Investigating Offcer, has not been compiled in the chargesheet, to move an appropriate application at that stage, the Revision Application is disposed off.

Before parting, I would like to place on record the words of appreciation for Advocate Megha Bajoria, who has effectively represented the case of Respondent No.2, on being appointed by this Court. The Legal Services Authority is directed to pay the legal remuneration due and payable to her, within a period of six weeks from today.
