1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 301/2020 registered with Hill Line Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 406, 411 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code after having suffered arrest on 20/11/2020.

2] Applicant is already charge-sheeted. I am informed that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. Applicant's involvement can be inferred to the extent of offence under Section 201 of Indian Penal Code as he is assigned role of assisting main accused in the commission of crime.

3] There is no specific motive attributed against the applicant but for helping main accused Deepak in the commission of crime. Accused Deepak and victim were in sexual relationship. Same is not the case against the applicant.

4] That being so, case for bail is made out.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 301/2020 registered with Hill Line Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 406, 411 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two/more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall attend the trial regularly. Failure to attend any two consecutive dates will entail the Trial Court to initiate the proceedings for cancellation of bail. 5] Application for bail alongwith intervention application stand disposed of.
