On a query why the Petitioner cannot approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal in respect of the grievance made in the Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner accepts that alternate remedy is available and makes a request that ad-interim order granted in this Petition be continued for some time.

Considering this position, Writ Petition is disposed of keeping all contentions of the parties open. Ad-interim order dated 23 June 2022 to continue for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, further continuation, if any, will be considered on its own merits by the Debt Recovery Tribunal without being influenced by the grant or continuation of the order.
