The Petitioner's complaint is that she has not been allotted a flat although she is eligible in this slum rehabilitation scheme. The Petitioner says that she is forced to reside in the society office premises temporarily. That is not a habitable unit. The apprehension now is that the flat that is allotted, Flat No 402 is likely to be disposed of to some third party. 2.

List the matter on 21st March 2024.

Until the next date, Flat No 402 will not be transacted in any manner whatsoever nor will possession be parted with. 18th March 2024
