Learned Advocate for the Applicant tried his level best to convince me that the materials collected alongwith charge-sheet filed against other accused person, either it is insufficient or there are self contradictions. However it has not appealed to my conscious. Because prima-facie involvement of the applicant is disclosed. And the grounds taken today cannot be decided in hearing of anticipatory application.
