This application is moved for staying the effect and operation of the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.0100125/2014 dated 31/8/2016. The appellant have already deposited the entire amount. In fact today the claimants have moved the application for withdrawal of the amount and the said application is partly allowed by this Court. In that view of the matter application for stay is allowed. During the pendency of this appeal, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the order. Application is allowed and disposed of.
