Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondent to decide their Application u/s.14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 within a stipulated time.

The learned AGP for the Respondent submits that he received instructions from the concerned officer that if all office objections are removed by the Petitioner, they will decide those Applications within four weeks from the date of removal of all office objections. 901.11457.18-wp.doc In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the Respondent Authority to decide the Petitioner's Application u/s.14 of the said Act, as early as possible, but in any case within four weeks from the date of removal of office objections by the Petitioner. No order as to costs.
