This is an application received through Jail for bail on the ground that the father of the applicant has suffered severe attack of stroke/Paralysis on 6.1.2017 and was hospitalized for petty long time.

Heard Smt. Ayubi, learned counsel appointed to represent the applicant and the learned APP.

The learned APP. on instructions submitted that the concerned Medical Officer from Sion Hospital has given a report that the father

2 /2 of the applicant was admitted in hospital from 6.1.2017 to 16.1.2017 as he had suffered paralytic stroke. That the father of the applicant is now recovering from the said ailment steadily. It is further submitted that, proper medical treatment is being administrated to him by the concerned hospital. 4.

In view of the above, the prayer for bail of the applicant on the medical ground of his father cannot be entertained. 5.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
