The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that by this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is challenging the order dated 25.3.2014 passed by Principal District Judge, Pune in Civil Misc.Application No.81 of 2014 rejecting plaintiff's application for transfer of Special Civil Suit No. 1476 of 2012 from one court to other. He submits that in the meanwhile, in view of change of assignment, matter is appeared before other court.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present petition.
